Words in Deep Blue, By Cath Crowley

Words in deep blue is a beautiful, sad, motivating and thought provoking story of grief, love and friendship. While at a glance it may look like any other love story, Words in Deep Blue is about much more than just two people in love. The story is narrated by Rachel, a girl mourning for her drowned brother and Henry, a boy who is trying to discover his future. The last aspect of the story is told by the letters and notes found between the pages of the books in The Letter Library, a place in Henry’s family’s bookshop where strangers can leave letters or notes for the next person to find.

I absolutely loved this book. It was so beautifully written that I almost immediately connected with the characters and genuinely wanted to know how their story ended. This book had everything a good love story should have plus so much more. It is one of those books that you want to finish yet never want to end. For that reason, along with many more, I rated this book 5/5 stars! 🙂

Have you read this book? If so what did you think? Feel free to leave any comments in the comments section! Until next time, happy reading! 🙂
