I was recently interviewed by Fizzy on her blog. You can see my answers here. Below are Fizzy’s answers to a number of questions that I asked her.

About Fizzy:

Hi! My name is Fizzy and I am 13 years old, I live in Australia. My blog is Quirky Girl Studio. My hobbies are, sprinting and Athletics, blogging and I enjoy writing. I started my blog when I was having a difficult time at school feeling like I didn’t fit in. Now it doesn’t really matter anymore because I have taken on my own message of ‘The only rule is to be yourself’. Below are my answers and I hope you enjoy them.

  1. What is the main focus/aim of your blog?

The main focus and aim of my blog is to help people be comfortable as themselves. I enjoy writing it and coming up with ideas. I want people to believe that they are beautiful as themselves and not as someone else and the importance of staying true to who you are instead of changing to fit it.

  1. If you could make everyone read just one book, what book would you choose?

If I had to make everyone read just one book I would choose Wonder by R.J Palacio. I would choose this because it is a very touching book and has so much to teach us about being confident and happy with the way we are, and also accepting people who are different.

  1. What is your highest achievement/proudest moment as a blogger?

That is a difficult question, however I am going to choose the example of when my Idol Isis Holt the Paralympic sprinter sent me a message telling me she liked my blog.

  1. If you could pick one book or movie to represent yourself, what would be your choice?

I would choose movies like ‘Hidden Figures’ and ‘The Help’ because I am someone who believes that when you have a privileged life you need to stand up for those who don’t have a voice. I also believe in equality of every religion, race and culture.

  1. What advice do you have for teenagers wishing to start their own blog?

I have just one piece of advice. Be yourself, don’t try to be like anyone else, just blog about your interests and you will have more fun. Don’t worry about achieving a big audience just do it for you.

  1. Where do you see your blog going in the future/2018?

I don’t really know. I just hope to keep blogging and come up with more cool ideas.

Be sure to check out Fizzy’s blog (Quirky Girl Studio) when you get the chance. If you would  like to be interviewed by me here on A Happy Little Bookworm, please contact me through this contact form. Until then, happy reading. 🙂
