Wow. I haven’t taken part in a WWW for so long! I’m actually quite excited to finally be getting back to an old habit :). As always, make sure to leave a link to your WWW in the comments & I’ll make sure to stop by!
WWW Wednesday is hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. The three questions are: What have you recently finished reading? What are you currently reading? What are you planning to read next?
1. Recently finished reading?
I recently (as in last night, recently) finished reading, or to be exact, listening to, an audiobook of Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. I found the book a tiny bit slow and the frequent descriptions of the setting, characters & scoreboard were ever so slightly tiresome. However, it was still a great read & I simply cannot wait to go see the movie.
2. Currently reading?
I’m currently in the middle of reading Me & Earl & the Dying Girl and am absolutely loving it; it’s crudely funny and extremely relatable. I’m so glad that I’m enjoying it, especially as I get to meet Jesse Andrews later on this year! 🙂
I also just recently (as in today, recently) started listening to an audiobook of People Like Us by Dana Meele and am finding it to be really interesting.

3. Planning to read next?
I honestly don’t know! It’s Not Me, It’s You by Stephanie Kate Strohm, Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli & The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzie Lee are all high on my list.
What are your answers to the three Ws? Feel free to leave the link to your WWW below and I’ll be sure to check it out. Happy Wednesday. 🙂
I keep flip flopping over whether I should read Ready Player One or not. I keep hearing such mixed things, and while I love old games I’m not really nostalgic about the 80s. Might just borrow it from a library.
Great list! Here’s my post 🙂

I really enjoyed Ready Player One. It was a little slower than the books that I usually read and I got a little bored of all of the references after a while (admittedly I wasn’t alive in the 80s so didn’t really understand half of them). But it was still a good book & I’m expecting the movie to be even better.

I just finished People Like Us… Wow. I really really enjoyed it. Admittedly the ending wasn’t entirely surprising to me, however I enjoyed the suspense nonetheless. Have you read People Like Us?

I don’t know how I ever missed reading Ready Player One, and need to correct that. The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue is in my TBR. https://teripolen.com/2018/04/11/www-wednesday-what-am-i-reading-amreading-6/

I can’t wait to read it! Unfortunately, my hold on it at the library expired and now I have to go back to the bottom of the wait line again :(. Hopefully it’s worth the wait once I do get my hands on it!
